sm506 Platform Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "sm506" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sportsbook operated under the domain sm506.club and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has successfully completed registration and holds an active sm506 account.
• "Account" refers to the individual member profile created upon completion of the registration process, including the associated wallet balance.
• "Services" refers to all gaming, wagering, promotional, payment, and support services made available by sm506 to registered Members.
• "Wallet" refers to the internal IDR-denominated account balance held on the sm506 platform on behalf of the Member.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or equivalent incentives issued by sm506 to a Member under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a Member must wager on qualifying games before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required of all Members prior to processing withdrawals.
• "IDR" refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the exclusive currency used for all transactions on the sm506 platform.

To be eligible to open and maintain an sm506 account, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You have not previously been excluded from the sm506 platform or any related platform operated by the same entity.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person for the purposes of gambling or account management.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or agent of sm506, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are of sound mind and are registering of your own free will and informed choice.

sm506 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be ineligible will be suspended pending investigation, and any balance arising from ineligible play may be forfeited.

To access the Services, you must create an sm506 account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address or Indonesian mobile number, and a chosen username and password. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

sm506 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the platform. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a different identity, or in combination with another person — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

sm506 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

Before sm506 processes any withdrawal request, the Member must successfully complete the KYC identity verification process. KYC verification is also required to access higher deposit limits and certain promotional offers.

The standard KYC documentation required for Indonesian Members includes:

• Government-issued photo identity document: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid Indonesian passport.
• Proof of payment method: A screenshot or photograph confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, where required by the sm506 compliance team.
• Selfie verification: A clear photograph of the Member holding their identity document, where requested.

sm506 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 15 minutes during normal business hours (WIB, UTC+7). Complex cases may take longer and the Member will be notified accordingly. sm506 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage.

All transactions on the sm506 platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). sm506 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of sm506.

Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Processing times quoted above apply to KYC-verified accounts only. Unverified accounts will have withdrawal requests held pending completion of KYC.

sm506 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute at different rates toward fulfilling a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games, video poker, and sportsbook wagers may contribute at a lower rate. • Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirement must be fulfilled within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from the wallet automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may only hold one active bonus at a time unless sm506 explicitly states otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
• Bonus Abuse: sm506 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes — but is not limited to — opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, colluding with other Members, placing offsetting bets to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements, and exploiting errors in bonus terms caused by system or publishing errors.

sm506 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Members who have already opted into a promotion before its amendment or withdrawal will have their entitlement assessed on a case-by-case basis at sm506's reasonable discretion.

All games and betting markets available on sm506 are governed by the rules of the respective game providers and sportsbook operators, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a provider's specific game rules and these Terms & Conditions, the specific game rules prevail for matters relating solely to gameplay mechanics; these Terms & Conditions prevail for all account, payment, and conduct matters.

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities in connection with sm506:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with sm506 games, the sportsbook, or any other part of the platform in a manner not intended for human interaction.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or insider information exploitation in connection with any betting market available on sm506.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the sm506 software infrastructure or any game software provided by third-party studios.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sm506 staff or other Members via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
• Accessing the platform via VPN, proxy, or any other technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions imposed by sm506.
• Exploiting any technical error, pricing error, or system vulnerability to obtain funds or advantages that would not have been available under normal operating conditions.

Violation of any prohibition listed in this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and, where legally required, referral to relevant Indonesian or international law enforcement authorities.

sm506 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring sm506 to restrict or terminate access to the Services.
• A Member's own request for self-exclusion under the sm506 Responsible Gaming programme.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than Member breach or financial crime, sm506 will return any verified real-money balance to the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds are not returned in any account closure scenario.

All content on the sm506 platform — including but not limited to the sm506 brand name, logo, website design, software interfaces, game graphics, written content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of sm506 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants Members any licence, right, or interest in any sm506 intellectual property.

Members may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any sm506 content without prior written authorisation from sm506. Any unauthorised use of sm506 intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sm506's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the Services shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sm506 shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive loss.
• Interruptions to the Services caused by events outside sm506's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet service disruptions, acts of government, or natural events.
• Any loss arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their sm506 login credentials.

Nothing in this clause limits sm506's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by sm506's gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

sm506 collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering an sm506 account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

sm506 uses SSL 256-bit encryption to protect all data transmitted between Members' devices and the sm506 servers. Member account data, payment information, and KYC documentation are stored in encrypted form and are never sold to, or shared with, third parties except as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.

sm506 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Members. The platform provides a suite of self-management tools accessible directly from every Member's account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss Limits: Members may restrict the maximum amount they are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure alerts that notify them after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may apply a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel gambling is causing harm may apply for permanent self-exclusion. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened. sm506 will use all reasonable technical measures to enforce self-exclusion across the platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sm506 holds its international operating licence. Members who access the platform from Indonesia do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with any applicable local regulations.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the sm506 support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of sm506's licensing authority. Nothing in this clause affects a consumer's rights under mandatory applicable law.

sm506 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sm506 will notify Members via the email address registered to their account or via a prominent notice on the platform no fewer than 7 days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or by the instructions of a regulatory authority.

Continued use of the sm506 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and contact the support team to close your account in good standing before the amendments take effect.
